Personalized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. If applicable, the estimated production time will be displayed on the product page.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers across Europe and North America.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • North America: 7 to 15 business days

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Velória is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Velória is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

10. Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us because they were unclaimed, refused, or addressed incorrectly may be eligible for reshipment after payment of any additional shipping costs.

Refunds, when applicable, will exclude the original shipping costs.
