Return window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Sale items and personalised or custom-made products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us at nascimentojob190@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our team to confirm your return request (within 2 business days).
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for non-personalised items of the same value, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, follow the same steps as a return and specify the item you would like instead.
